From Our Grass to Your Glass: North Carolina Dairy Trail

Saturday, January 9 at 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Discover the scale and efficiency of modern dairy production at Beam Dairy Farm in Cherryville, North Carolina. Operated by third-generation dairy farmer John Beam IV, this state-of-the-art farm milks approximately 1,700 cows three times daily using advanced dairy management systems and technology.  Visitors will gain a firsthand look at the innovation, animal care, and dedication required to sustain a successful multi-generational dairy operation. Visit Beam Dairy Farm for more information.

Experience the “From Our Grass, To Your Glass” philosophy at Riverbend Creamery, a fifth-generation family-owned dairy farm located along the South Fork Catawba River.
