Annual Meeting of the American Farm Bureau Women

Join Farm Bureau women in agriculture from across the country for the Annual Meeting of Farm Bureau Women during the 2027 AFBF Annual Convention. This gathering brings together women leaders from across the Farm Bureau organization for an engaging business meeting, leadership updates and an inspiring program focused on the future of women in agriculture.

The business portion of the meeting will include elections for regional representatives, Chair and Vice Chair, along with updates from AFBWLC leadership and recognition of the sponsors who help make the Women’s Leadership Program possible.

The program will feature keynote speaker Kim Kitchings, who will present Driven to Lead, Built to Last: Resilience and Confidence for the Modern Female Ag Leader. Drawing on 30 years of agricultural and executive leadership experience, Kitchings will explore the realities women leaders face—from self-doubt and burnout to navigating uncertainty and change—and provide practical strategies for building confidence, resilience and sustainable leadership.

Come connect with fellow Farm Bureau women, engage in the business of our program and leave energized to lead with confidence, resilience and community.
